A person has died after suffering a medical emergency at The Bell Inn on Preston Road, Yeovil. South Western Ambulance Service was called to the pub shortly after 11.30am on Sunday 16 August 2026.
Avon and Somerset Police also attended because the emergency happened at a public location. Despite efforts to save the individual, they were pronounced deceased at the scene.
