A 41-year-old woman reported missing in Yeovil has been safely reunited with her family, bringing an end to an urgent police appeal.
Joanne was reported missing on the morning of Friday 21 August. She was last seen at approximately 11am on Sherborne Road in Yeovil, according to the appeal published by Somerset Daily Yeovil.
Police had expressed concern for Joanne’s welfare because she may have appeared confused if approached. Avon and Somerset Police said she had connections to both Yeovil and Somerton and regularly walked between the two towns.

At the time she was last seen, Joanne was described as being around 5ft 8in tall, with short grey hair. She was wearing a grey and pink T-shirt, blue harem-style trousers with an elephant print and white trainers.
